FAMOUS Nigerian Singer, Habeeb Olawunmi aka Portable, has revealed that controversial show promoter, Balogun Eletu aka Sam Larry, used to be bodyguard (bouncer).
In a video circulating on social media on Friday, Portable explained that he was behind the transformation of Sam Larry from Bouncer to Show Promoter.
Sam Larry had, late Thursday, been arrested in connection to the death of late Nigerian Rapper, Oladimeji Aloba Promise aka Mohbad.
In multiple videos making the rounds since Mohbad’s demise, Sam Larry was seen allegedly assaulting the late Rapper.
Portable has now accused Sam Larry of extortion.
According to the Singer, when they go for shows, people fear them because of the presence of Sam Larry.
Portable alleged that Sam Larry capitalized on this to extort veterans in the industry.
The Singer said he did not wish to expose more secrets so things do not escalate.
Sam Larry is one of the suspects in the death of Mohbad, along with the late Rapper’s former music label Boss, Naira Marley.
Investigation into the death of Mohbad is currently ongoing with the late Singer’s body long exhumed and results of the autopsy currently being awaited by eager Nigerians.
