GOVERNOR Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa has described his re-election in the just-concluded governorship election as a victory for the people of the State.
Governor Fintiri took to social media to assure the people of Adamawa that nobody would be left behind.
“Alhamdulillah, victory to the people of Adamawa state! I still remain a governor for all. No one will be left behind and nothing will be left untouched. @OfficialPDPNig,” he said on his official Twitter handle.
The Independent National Electoral Commission – INEC, announced Fintiri as the winner of the controversial governorship election.
Aishatu Dahiru of the All Progressives Congress – APC, was illegally announced as winner by the suspended Resident Electoral Commissioner, REC, Hudu Yunusa Ari while collation was still ongoing a day after the election.
