THE Court of Appeal, Abuja has nullified the election of the Senator representing Adamawa North Senatorial District in the National Assembly, Ishaku Abbo.
The court, sitting in Abuja instead ruled in favour of the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party – PDP, Amos Yohanna.
Independent National Electoral Commission – INEC, had announced Senator Abbo’s re-election in the February 25, 2023 National Assembly election, being the winner, while Yohanna came second, as declared by the commission.
