THE Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress – APC, in Plateau State, Sylvanus Namang has been killed by Gunmen.
Namang and one other person were reportedly killed when assailants attacked a pub in the Pankshin Local Government Area of Plateau State.
It was learnt that the APC spokesman died on the spot after he was shot at close range.
The body of the second victim, who was initially abducted by the assailants, was later discovered along a road in the area.
The motive of the assassins has not been ascertained.
Late Namang was a journalist who later became General Manager of Plateau State Publishing Company.
