IMMINENT Chelsea signing, Moises Caicedo has led many to believe Chelsea will secure the services of Southampton’s Romeo Lavia.
The Blues agreed a British record deal with Brighton for Caicedo on Monday.
The deal is worth a British record fee of £115m.
The player has completed his medicals and is waiting to sign his Chelsea contract of 8yrs plus 1yr.
The Ecuadorian has now sparked a frenzy on Social Media after beginning to follow all Chelsea players.
Notably, he began following Chelsea transfer target, Romeo Lavia.
Chelsea bid £55m for the Belgian recently only for Liverpool to rival that bid with an agreement with Southampton for £60m.
It remains to be seen whether Chelsea matches or betters that offer, with personal terms thought to be a formality.
Caicedo’s recent social media activities has now led many to believe that Chelsea will eventually pip Liverpool to the signing of Romeo Lavia.
