ONE of the leading candidates in today’s Presidential election in Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar has cast his vote.
Atiku, the candidate representing the Peoples Democratic Party – PDP, cast his vote alongside his wife, Titi voted at Polling Unit 012, Ajiya Ward in the Yola North Local Government Area of Adamawa State.
Atiku told journalists after casting his vote, that he was optimistic and confident that he would emerge the winner of the presidential election.
The former Vice President’s major contenders in the race for Aso Rock include Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress – APC, Peter Obi of the Labour Party – LP, as well as Rabiu Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria People’s Party – NNPP.
