CHELSEA youngster, Lewis Hall, has joined Premier League outfit, Crystal Palace, on loan till the summer of 2024.
This comes after the player put pen to paper on a contract extension with parent club, Chelsea.
The Midfielder cum Left back has now agreed a 6yr contract extension with an option for a further year.
The loan to Palace had been held up over Hall’s contract extension talks.
Chelsea had insisted the young star signs a contract extension, first, before leaving temporarily in search of much needed regular game time.
All that is sorted now and the player will turn out with Roy Hodgson’s Palace side for the 2023/24 season.
Hall enjoyed a breakout season for Chelsea last time out, albeit in an unfamiliar Leftback position.
It remains to be seen if his time with Palace will see him feature more in his favoured central midfield position or as a fullback.
