MOISES Caicedo has just completed his medical tests at Chelsea.
The midfielder will now move to sign documents on an 8yr deal running through till 2031.
The deal has an option for a further year till 2032.
Chelsea signs Caicedo from Premier League side, Brighton, for a British record fee of £115m.
The Blues beat Liverpool to the signature of the Belgian.
Liverpool had, at one point in the transfer saga, thought they had secured the signing when they agreed a previous British record fee of £110m with Brighton.
The player’s preference for Chelsea ruined the deal and encouraged the Todd Boehly owned outfit into putting in a counter bid to secure the arrival of the holding midfielder.
