A member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Miss Akande Abosede Esther, has reportedly been abducted in Abuja, Nigeria.
The Corps member is believed to have been abducted on Wednesday on her way to the NYSC permanent orientation camp, Magaji Dan Yanusa Keffi, Nasarawa State.
AfriqueCan gathered that the Kidnappers have contacted the family of the Corps member.
They are said to have demanded a ransom of no less than N1m.
The NYSC National Director, Press and Public Relations, Eddy Megwa, as well as the spokesman for the FCT Police command SP, Josephine Adeh, are yet to make any official confirmation of the incident.
The victim, Miss Akande Abosede Esther, with Call-up No.: NYSC/IFE/2023/201810 (Batch B stream 2), is a graduate of Education/English from the Obafemi Awolowo University.
