Police Declare Inspector Wanted For Alleged Murder In Anambra

THE Nigerian Police has declared an officer, Inspector Audu Omadefu, wanted over alleged murder.

The spokesperson for the Anambra State Police Command, Ikenga Tochukwu, said in a statement, that Omadefu disappeared following the accusation of murder against him, as his whereabouts remained unknown.

Tochukwu said that Omadefu can be recognised by his service number AP No. 362178.

The police have urged the public to assist in locating Omadefu, assuring that any information provided will be treated with the highest degree of confidentiality.

“Alternatively, individuals can reach out directly to the Command’s Control Room at 07039194332 or communicate with the Public Relations Officer via 08039334002,” the statement said.
