Jack Ma was born into a poor home. He failed his entrance examination into college twice. He was rejected from a dozen jobs.
Eventually he got a teaching job where he was paid 12 dollars a month. His first two business ventures failed but four years later, Jack Ma’s fortune changed.
He gathered 17 of his friends and convinced them to invest in his business. Jack Ma started an online marketplace which he named “Allibaba” and ever since he has been soaring high.
One of the ingredients to success is having positive people around you who believe in your dreams. You need friends who will encourage your ideas, support your goals and applaud your victories in your circle.
Create space for such people and stay far away from negative people. You don’t need people who will trash talk about your ambition or tell you, you cannot.
The kind of people you surround yourself with will determine how you think and how far you go in life.
If you have great people around you, they will take you higher than your dream will.
Create your own world and be around people who can nourish your ambition.
