Wizkid Becomes First African Artiste to Deadline UK’s Biggest Festival, Glastonbury

GRAMMY award-winner Wizkid, made history Friday night as becomes the first African musician to headline the United Kingdom, UK’s biggest music festival, Glastonbury.

The ‘Ojuelegba’ crooner headlined the “Other Side Stage” of the festival which was held in Somerset, England.

The festival had over 210,000 attendees.

Wizkid performed a medley of his hit songs; ‘Essence’, ‘One Dance’, ‘Ojuelegba’, ‘Soco’, ‘True Love’, etc.

It will be recalled that Burna Boy also performed at the prestigious Glastonbury Festival last year but not as a headliner.
